Cynthia Reffler

Cynthia has spent over 20 years designing and building sustainable homes that prioritize comfort, health, and harmony with nature. With a Master’s in Construction Management and expertise in Passive House principles, she integrates superinsulation, airtight construction, and passive solar design to create energy-efficient, restorative spaces. Passionate about making sustainability accessible, she focuses on affordable housing that fosters connection and socioeconomic diversity, bridging gaps often overlooked in modern community planning.

Believing that inclusive neighborhoods strengthen resilience and empathy, Cynthia carefully selects materials that support sustainability from foundation to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and pottery, drawing inspiration from the land she calls home. She lives on an 8-acre farm in Bellvue, Colorado, embracing multigenerational living and the deep connections it nurtures.
